Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT consultant with a proven track record of delivering strategic IT consulting services to clients across Canada. As a trusted advisor, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions that redefine the way our organization operates.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic IT consulting services, including IT strategy and planning, business alignment and enablement, process redesign, solution design, system selection, project management, and IT systems optimization. You will also be responsible for managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure technology stacks, including Intacct and third-party software
  • Develop and implement workflows for project/grant management, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts payable/accounts receivable, financial reports, etc.
  • Manage project financials, including resource utilization, budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, and variance recognition
  • Lead data collection, development, research, and analysis, including website research, report reviews, interviews, focus groups, and surveys
  • Prepare technical reports, client summaries, and presentations outlining findings, facts, and highlights resulting from client engagements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with accounting, project management, and reporting skills
  • Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, and team leadership
  • Professional experience in IT strategy and planning, business alignment and enablement, business and IT transformation, process redesign, solution design, system selection, project management, implementation reviews, and IT systems optimization
  • Bilingualism (French/English) both written and verbal is considered a strong asset
  • A developed network within the business and IT community is considered a strong asset
