Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our Long Term Care team at Silverthorn Community. As a Personal Support Worker, you will form a deep understanding of your residents and their living experience, building relationships with the residents and their family members, and offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution, or be an Internationally Educated Nurse with a degree in Nursing. You will also need to be detail-oriented and proficient in procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatment and providing bedside care to residents.
