Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Romeo Villarico is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking and transferring.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation and activities.
  • Administer medication and provide wound care as required.
  • Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
