About the Role

FV Interior Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with company goals.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
