Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at TITAN PARTS ABBOTSFORD LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Direct and control daily sales operations, evaluate sales performance, and plan and organize sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, locate and select merchandise for resale, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Analytical, efficiency, integrity, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
