As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, bringing our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest, making their day better than before they arrived. You will be passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest and representing our company values.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with Every Guest You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
  • Be a Product Expert Guests will come to you to educate them on product details, and you will be excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • Share the Brand Love You will be eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
  • Be Flexible You will be able to flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
  • Solve Problems You will be able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
  • Be a Team Player You will be willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
  • Have Integrity You will do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
