As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, bringing our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest, making their day better than before they arrived. You will be passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest and representing our company values.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model, with a "friends first" mindset.
  • You will be knowledgeable about AE & Aerie products and excited to make product suggestions to fit guests\' needs.
  • You will introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
  • You will be flexible and able to work in various zones, including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
  • You will proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
  • You will be a team player, always willing to assist your team.
  • You will adhere to AEO\'s policies & procedures.
