Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and a solid understanding of inventory procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions and a friendly, energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, address complaints, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A passion for chocolate and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
