Job Title: Senior Program Director

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to lead our global projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Client global projects, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large, multiple projects and provide operational insights to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Focus on the vision of the project and design the program architecture to achieve optimum benefits.
  • Responsible for the operational success of projects, including master schedule and budget tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and central focal point with other teams.
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee training and orientation of all staff members.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within baseline time scales, cost plans, and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a team management role.
  • Demonstrated success developing, evaluating, and delivering medium/large complex multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Experience with project tracking and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, or other software tools.
  • Fluently bilingual, French and English a must, Spanish, Arabic nice to have.
