Machine Tool Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team at Mann Machines & Hydraulic Ltd. as a Machine Tool Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production machineries/tools, repairing machine tools and parts, and fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance.
In addition, the Machinist will be required to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables, and maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
The role also involves verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments and verifying dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
- Repair machine tools and parts
- Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
