Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts.
- Tolerancing: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Quality Control: Verify dimensions of products using precision measuring instruments and identify any defects or discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machine tools to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Skills: Strong understanding of CNC programming, familiarity with CAD software, and experience with milling machines, sawing machines, tapping machines, and CNC machines.
