Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating relationships with new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure they understand the value proposition of 4Refuel's services.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new revenue by utilizing various methods to showcase 4Refuel's services and grow the potential pipeline of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to minimize customer attrition.
- Demonstrate a consultative selling approach by uncovering customer needs, aligning value proposition, building strong rapport, and ensuring effective sale cycle management.
- Utilize CRM and various systems and tools to track and maintain customer information and manage sales cycle activity.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with CRM system.
- Strong time management and negotiating skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience selling services in the transportation or construction industry, or related industries.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
