Job Title: Car Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our sales team, develop and implement marketing strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Determine pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Source and procure high-quality vehicles for resale, ensuring a strong inventory and competitive pricing.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
