We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Promote Project team at Webflow. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our sales compensation programs.

">Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop comprehensive sales compensation plans that align with our business objectives.
  2. Calculate and administer monthly commissions using CaptivateIQ commission processing software.
  3. Maintain ownership of CaptivateIQ, including building calculations for new plans and plan changes.
  4. Communicate compensation plans, policies, and changes to the sales team through regular training sessions and address questions from the field.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance our internal controls.
  6. Work collaboratively with Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations, and compliant compensation plans.
  7. Proactively identify areas of efficiency, and implement solutions to drive reductions in our time to close the books.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient with compensation management software, specifically CaptivateIQ.
  • Experience partnering closely with teams like Finance and RevOps.
