Retail Store Manager

Mac's Convenience Store is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
