Retail Store Manager

At Alice General Store, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Authorize payments, returns, and sales transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and sales targets.
