About the Role:

Société Financière Manuvie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Advisor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding and transition of new advisors, ensuring a seamless and successful integration into our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advisor Due Diligence and Onboarding:
  • Work closely with the field team to ensure a thorough due diligence process for new advisors.
  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of credit, criminal, and regulatory checks.
  • Collaborate with compliance to obtain approvals for outside business activities and trade names.
  • Present recruits to the Due Diligence committee for approvals.
Advisor Transition Support:
  • Provide dedicated support to new advisors transitioning their books of business to Société Financière Manuvie.
  • Lead the welcome to Manulife program and ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Coordinate the distribution of Business Initiation kits and stationery needs for new advisors.
  • Lead new advisors through the Integration Support Program and track activities in Salesforce.
  • Oversee the MFD to ID process and act as a resource for advisors transitioning from MFD to ID.
  • Travel to key branches to offer support to qualifying advisors.
  • Lead advisor relocations and departures.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry and investment management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational gaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several priorities simultaneously.
  • Bilingual.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between $68,250.00 CAD - $113,750.00 CAD.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
