About the Role

As a Financial Advisor - Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for engaging with individual insurance and investment clients over the phone and through digital tools, helping them become 'retirement ready' through the use of planning tools. You will conduct investment risk assessments and provide solutions aligned with their investment profile, working closely with the Branch Manager and support teams to stay current on product and regulatory updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic Life, Health, and Wealth solutions to new and existing clients
  • Engage with clients over the phone and through digital tools to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Conduct investment risk assessments and provide solutions aligned with client investment profiles
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and support teams to stay current on product and regulatory updates
  • Maintain registration and licensing in good standing as an MFDA Dealing representative and Insurance Advisor across all provinces and territories in Canada
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid and active Mutual Fund license, sales and service experience
  • Valid and active Insurance license, sales and service experience
  • Experience doing business over the phone
  • Availability on a variable schedule Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8 pm
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide
