About the Role

We are seeking a Client Integration Specialist to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at TradingScreen, a prominent provider of trading and risk management solutions tailored for the financial sector. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with robust technical expertise who is eager to make a significant impact within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new FIX engines for client onboarding processes
  • Articulate technical solutions and requirements effectively
  • Oversee project integrations from initiation to completion
  • Maintain timely and proactive communication with clients
  • Deliver technical support as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Technical Proficiencies

  • Familiarity with Linux/UNIX environments
  • Understanding of FIX Protocol and Networking concepts
  • Experience with shell scripting and Jira is preferred
