Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at MUIZ GRAPHICS INC.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position that oversees the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing department. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production processes, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining a safe working environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including training and development programs.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, quality control measures, and employee performance evaluations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
