Manufacturing Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Plant Supervisor to oversee the production of aluminum doors, windows, and awnings at Door Builder Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, managing a team of 3-4 employees, and maintaining high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Team Management: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
