Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fas Gas Plus. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet the high standards of our company.
- Order merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
