Job Summary

Celestial Carehome Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and disinfect rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
    • Make beds and change sheets
    • Restock linen closets and supply rooms with essentials
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and vacuuming
    • Launder clothing and household linens
    • Mend clothing and linens as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Shop for food and household supplies as needed
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Experience an asset
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work under pressure
