Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including:
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
    • Dust furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closets and maintain inventory
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work independently with minimal supervision.
