Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and prepare hotel rooms for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, and restock linens and amenities.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
