Parking Lot Operations Manager

King Valet Inc. is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our parking lots.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our parking attendants to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, such as accidents or inclement weather, and coordinate responses with other departments as needed.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit progress reports, and train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, with a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, and parking lot.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Duration: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
