Parking Lot Supervisor

King Valet Inc. is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team management, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of parking attendants to ensure efficient coverage of our parking facilities.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, such as accidents or security breaches, and coordinate responses with other departments.
- Team Management: Train and supervise parking attendants on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in our parking facilities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
