Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at King Valet Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Schedule work assignments and tasks to meet business needs
  • Emergency Response
    • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, with a strong understanding of parking lot operations and management.
