Sales Position
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
As an Account Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts.
- Determining current and ongoing product needs at accounts and looking for ways to increase sales.
- Ensuring that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Performing outside sales functions.
- Evaluating all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
- Meeting monthly goals focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set up, and other merchandising components.
- Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in sales, account management, and DSD.
- A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Travel requirements of 40-50%.
