Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at O2 Tap House and Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
