Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays

Work Environment: This role will be based in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team

Working Conditions: This is a permanent role with 40 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
