Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager - Corporate Governance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager - Corporate Governance to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • General office

  • Private sector

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • MS Office

  • Electronic mail

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees

  • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
