Regional Business Coordinator Position

As a key member of the Regional Management Team, the Regional Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational needs of the Edmonton Region. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Business Administrator and contributing to the development and implementation of business operation support functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a regional administrative organizational structure to ensure workload equity.
- Provide data analysis to support regional operations and forecasting organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the Region's Workforce Development team to provide regional data analysis and support ongoing operations.
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plan to ensure the region and its worksites meet Provincial OHS legislative requirements.
- Provide support to the development, coordination, and delivery of regional administrative and occupational health and safety training activities for staff.
- Two-year diploma in Business Administration or a related field and five years of progressively responsible related experience.
- Supervisor or leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with developing, implementing, and coordinating business operation support functions is an asset.
