Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ptarmigan Inn Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
