Job Description

Village Dairy Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking of stock, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process files and paperwork related to inventory management
  • Provide information on available materials to colleagues and management
  • Set up and maintain inventory control systems, including computerized and manual systems
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
