Gas Bar Manager

The Armstrong Regional Cooperative (ARC) is hiring a **Gas Bar Manager** at our Salmon Arm location, 50 Trans Canada Highway, in British Columbia.

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful individual will be tasked with the following:
- Lead your team to provide superior customer service.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for our staff and members.
- Be a brand ambassador for the Co-op.
- Ensuring that all merchandising standards, marketing efforts, employee relations and loss prevention standards are maintained.
- Development of annual budgets.
- Ensuring that all claims, invoices, and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the standards of the Gas Bar are met, including customer service, cleanliness, inventory control, rotation, and ordering.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees in accordance with company policies, procedures, programs, and overall expectations.
- Monitoring pricing and actively influencing margin, expenses, and inventory in a positive manner.
- Other duties as required by the GM from time to time.

- Prior experience in managing a high-paced retail business, preferable in a gas bar and/or car wash environment.
