We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer to participate in the design of RAM products and components incorporating the latest technological solutions developed by Product Engineering. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Leverage lean manufacturing principles, statistical process control (Six Sigma), and other methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality or process problems.
  • Learn reliable safety control systems for safeguarding automated equipment and other high-volume manufacturing equipment.
  • Create and maintain process control documentation.

What You Need:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and CAD software such as SolidWorks/Creo.
  • Knowledge of process validation and quality management systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing process development and/or automation.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with practices like Lean, Design of Experiments, SPC (including Mini-Tab), Kaizen, and others.
  • Familiarity with Cobot/robot, Python programming, and PLC programming.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
