Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Khosa Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd as a Truck and Trailer Maintenance Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to our tradespersons and apprentices in various tasks related to truck and trailer maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in moving tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
  • Hold stakes during surveying activities to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and maintain a high level of concentration throughout your shift.
