Job Summary

Precious Angels LTD is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Simply Accounting, MS Office, and spreadsheet software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, excellent written communication, judgement, organized, and reliable.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions

35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
