Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Ghost Kitchens. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Accounts: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Windows, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Ghost Kitchens, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and have a strong attention to detail.
