Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Lindt Canada leadership team, the Senior Manager, FP&A will play a critical role in driving financial integrity and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Financial Planning and Analysis- Leading the development and implementation of the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of risk and opportunity, and developing strategies to mitigate and capitalize on them.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including the development of financial models and forecasts.
- Partnering with the Operations team to develop and implement supply chain finance strategies, including the management of distribution and indirect costs.
- Leading the performance management of the supply chain finance function, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
