Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Ski & Snowboard Instructors to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As a full-time instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach guests of all ages and abilities, while also contributing to the success of our Snow School and Mountain Kids programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach ski and snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
  • Maintain coaches logs and reports for seasonal programs
  • Set up outdoor terrain signage and interactive learning areas
  • Act as an ambassador for Mt. Washington and the industry as a whole
  • Assist in other department operations, such as Rentals, Sales, and Events, as required
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve skills and achieve certification
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 1 CSIA/CASI certification or foreign equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Required to provide a valid criminal record check
  • Foreign staff must hold their own valid work permit
