About Us

Lullaboo Nursery and child care centre is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to grow and develop.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Early Childhood Educator who can create engaging learning experiences that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. The successful candidate will have experience working with young children, knowledge of child development principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Child Development Planning: Assess the developmental needs of each child and plan activities that support their overall growth and development.
  2. Program Implementation: Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, including those with special requirements.
  3. Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach to childcare.
  4. Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
  5. Health and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
