We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at KANDA RESTHAVEN CONVENIENCE STORE LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing ongoing training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position that involves working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
