Retail Store Manager

Canadian Tire is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are properly trained
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, including automotive parts and accessories
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
