Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our industrial and commercial business investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Administer social media programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including developing venture capital sources and conducting comparative research on marketing strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, research papers, and educational texts, to support the development of social media content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our brand and initiatives, including designing market research questionnaires and evaluating customer service and store environments.
- Develop and maintain contact with the media, including initiating and maintaining relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform our social media strategies and ensure they are aligned with our business objectives.
- Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our brand and initiatives, including developing marketing materials and coordinating special publicity events.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on dependability and organization.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools, including content creation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
