Job Title: Heavy Construction Labourers Foreman/Woman

ASI Tech Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Construction Labourers Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our workers, managing materials and supplies, and coordinating with our team to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all workers follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies as needed.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with our team to establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training for our workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, including removing rubble and other debris.
  • Transportation: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure that all workers have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
