We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure safety standards and departmental policies are met will be essential in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Supervising maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure optimal operations

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
