Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our housekeeping operations are cost-effective and efficient.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers to arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our housekeeping team is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
- Bonus: Eligible for a bonus based on performance.

- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 35 hours per week.
