Your responsibilities will include facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training, as well as providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a inclusive work environment.
Support for YouthsWe are dedicated to providing on-the-job training tailored to youth, as well as awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with young people and help them develop their skills and confidence.
Support for VeteransWe understand the unique challenges that veterans may face in transitioning to the civilian workforce. As a Meat Department Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with veterans and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Support for Indigenous PeopleWe are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous people. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with Elders and provide support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
Support for Visible MinoritiesWe are dedicated to creating a inclusive work environment for all employees, including visible minorities. As a Meat Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with members of visible minorities and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
